Are you a knowledgeable, service-driven professional with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for a Concierge Supervisor who will support concierge operations, lead the team, and ensure personalized, efficient, and professional service for all guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Supervising daily concierge operations and ensuring high service standards are maintained. Assisting guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, tours, and local recommendations. Supporting and guiding the concierge team to deliver personalized guest experiences. Handling VIP guests, special requests, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion. Coordinating closely with Front Office, Bell Desk, Club Floor, and other departments. Maintaining strong knowledge of local attractions, events, dining, and city highlights. Ensuring accurate logging of guest requests and follow-ups. Assisting with duty rosters, training, and performance support for the concierge team. Maintaining a professional concierge desk appearance and service etiquette at all times.

What we need from you:

Proven experience as a Concierge or Senior Concierge, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment. Strong leadership and guest-handling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages will be an advantage. Strong local knowledge and ability to provide tailored guest recommendations. Well-groomed appearance with a polished, professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
