- Conduct routine inspections of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Verify contractor performance, workmanship quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives (including PAHW when applicable).
- Monitor site safety practices and report violations.
- Support project managers with technical assessments and progress evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait codes, PAHW guidelines, and HanmiGlobal QA/QC procedures.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working on PAHW projects
- Familiarity with PAHW inspection procedures, documentation, and approval workflows
Certifications & Requirements (Kuwait)
- Ability to obtain Article 18 Work Visa
- Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership (for engineers)
- Degree attestation (home country + Kuwait Embassy + MOFA)
- Medical fitness certificate
- HSE certifications such as OSHA 30 or NEBOSH IGC (highly preferred)
- QA/QC or Inspection certifications are an advantage
- Valid driving license (Kuwait or convertible preferred)
