Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
  • Meet with contractors, consultants, developers, and building owners to assess project requirements.
  • Recommend suitable HVAC systems based on site conditions and technical specifications.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Skills

Requirements:


  • 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales or project engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Ductable, Rooftop Package Units).
  • Proven experience working with consultants and MEP contractors.
  • Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
