We are looking to recruit experienced Stock Brokers to support trading activities across the Kuwait and US markets for our online trading platform. The ideal candidates will have strong market knowledge, proven brokerage experience, and hold a valid Kuwait CMA license.

Role Responsibilities:

• Execute buy and sell orders for equities across Kuwait and US markets
• Analyze market trends and provide investment insights to clients
• Manage client portfolios and financial transactions with accuracy and compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term investment goals
• Identify trading and investment opportunities aligned with client objectives
• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait CMA regulations and internal policies
• Support reporting, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Skills

• Valid Kuwait CMA license (mandatory – minimum 2 CMA exams completed)
• CISI examinations passed in line with Kuwait CMA rules and international investment fundamentals
• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock trading or brokerage
• (Experience in FX and commodities will also be considered)
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investments, and trading instruments
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and risk management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet trading deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait
