Role Overview:
Lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes, motivating participants of all levels, ensuring safety, and promoting overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group classes (HIIT, Strength, Cardio, Functional Training, , Class Barre, HYROX, Burn, etc.)
- Provide proper demonstrations, modifications, and coaching during sessions
- Maintain a safe and organized workout environment
- Track participant attendance and progress, giving feedback as needed
- Engage members and foster a positive, motivating atmosphere
- Collaborate with management to design, develop, and schedule classes
Pilates Instructors

Deliver professional Pilates sessions (mat and/or reformer) that improve strength, flexibility, and posture while ensuring safety and providing modifications for all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions
- Assess participants’ needs and provide customized instruction
- Demonstrate proper technique, form, and modifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe studio environment
- Motivate participants and monitor progress
- Develop and update session plans in collaboration with management
Personal Trainers
Role Overview:
Provide personalized fitness programs, one-on-one or small group training, to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop customized training plans
- Lead one-on-one or small group personal training sessions
- Educate clients on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and wellness
- Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment
- Foster motivation, engagement, and positive client relationships
Skills
Required Skills for Fitness Instructors
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in delivering group fitness, Pilates (mat/reformer), and/or personal training sessions
- Ability to design customized training programs for individuals or groups
- Knowledge of exercise techniques, biomechanics, and functional training principles
- Competency in assessing fitness levels and tracking client progress
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of prenatal and postnatal fitness guidelines
Specialized Skills (Role-Specific):
Group Class Instructors:

- Adapting exercises to multiple fitness levels within a class
Pilates Instructors:
- All Levels Pilates proficiency
- Stick Mobility and Reformer techniques
- Modifying exercises for various skill levels and special needs
Personal Trainers:
- Developing individualized programs based on client goals
- One-on-one and small group training management
- Guidance on nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle for fitness improvement
