Client Services Officer will be responsible for supporting all client service–related functions within the Client Relationship Department. The role includes maintaining and managing the client database, assisting Client Relationship Managers to ensure all client and prospecting requirements are met, and providing general administrative and operational support to the Head of the Client Relationship Department in matters related to departmental administration and coordination. 1. Coordinate closely with the Data Validation team to resolve client-related administrative issues and inquiries. 2. Receive, welcome, and assist clients and visitors. 3. Execute client-specific service tasks in accordance with approved procedures and service standards and respond to client queries promptly. 4. Verify, update, and support the timely and accurate maintenance of client-level data and records. 5. Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including maintaining organized electronic and physical client files. 6. Prepare, review, and update client-related documents, correspondence, and internal reports. 7. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and related arrangements for the Client Relationship Department. 8. Record, compile, and distribute accurate minutes of client and internal meetings when required. 9. Coordinate and provide administrative support to relationship managers and reporting teams as needed. 10. Participate in client-related projects and departmental initiatives where applicable. 11.
