• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.• Maximum hiring age 50• At least 10+ years of experience as a Drilling HSE (Onshore or offshore drilling)• NEBOSH qualification or HSE degree certificate• Last position hold shall be in onshore / offshore drilling HSE (Engineer / Management) min 5 years• Past experience in managing HSE team in drilling operations.• Must have a past experience in big multicultural drilling projects.• Must have a good experience in managing contractor HSE management teams.• Must have knowledge on rig well control equipment• Must have a knowledge in rig emergency response.• To have knowledge on different international drilling HSE standards (i.e. API / OGP / AIDC etc.)• Knowledge in SIMOPs management preferable• Practical Knowledge on Incident investigation methodology / route cause analysis similar to Tap Route / Kelvin Top Set etc.• Past knowledge in HAZID / TRA / Bow-tie etc.• Proven record of implementation of proposed initiatives / recommendations and best practices implemented in past positions.
