Tire Sales Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tire Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving sales strategies and expanding our market presence in the tire segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the automotive or industrial tire markets, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients. You will work closely with our engineering and procurement teams to ensure that our product offerings meet the demands of our customers. Your expertise will not only help us achieve our sales targets but also enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue growth.
  2. Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on tire solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our tire products' value proposition.
  6. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, assisting them in selecting the appropriate tire solutions for their projects.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our tire offerings.
  9. Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in tire sales.

Preferred Candidate:


Proven experience in tire sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to operate independently.

Technical knowledge of tire products and their applications in civil engineering projects.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
