We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverage Production industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety standards, quality control methodologies, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Lead and manage a team of quality assurance and quality control personnel, providing training and guidance as needed.
  4. Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process.
  5. Analyze quality data and trends to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  6. Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, audits, and inspections.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential quality risks.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to food safety and quality assurance.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  10. Participate in the development of new products, ensuring quality considerations are integrated from the outset.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in the food and beverage industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficient in quality management software and tools.
  8. Relevant certifications in quality assurance or food safety are highly desirable.
  9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain thorough documentation.
  10. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in quality processes.
