We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our Construction Transmission Line team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and management of transmission line construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, project management, and safety protocols within the power transmission sector. The Manager will collaborate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results while adhering to all regulatory and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all aspects of transmission line construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
3. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure that designs are feasible, safe, and meet client specifications.
4. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
6. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
7. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
8. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for upper management and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and performance.
9. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines and budgets.
10. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically in transmission line construction.
2. Should have experience in 132kV & 400 kV OHTL projects
3. Membership with Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) is must.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
6. In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the project are meticulously managed.
9. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
10. Technical proficiency in project management software and tools.
11. A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
12. Fluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage.
