Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring that we attract top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  6. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding for new hires.
  7. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
  10. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
  2. Having experience with electrical construction company is an added advantage (Substation, Overhead Transmission Line & under Ground Cable)
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software.
  7. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  8. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to attract top talent.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  10. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  11. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
