About the Role SRVME is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients and service providers in Kuwait’s competitive market. Duties & Responsibilities Sales & Growth Identify and engage key decision makers (executives, directors, leaders). Drive revenue growth through strong client relationships. Develop deep knowledge of SRVME’s products and services to communicate value clearly. Collaborate with management to design and implement growth strategies. Customer Management Prepare and manage documentation for accounts. Generate customized reports for clients. Ensure accurate and up-to-date account records. Data Analysis Develop reporting structures to track performance. Analyze operations from technological and operational perspectives. Work with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to enhance automation and analysis. Service Provider Acquisition Conduct outreach to service providers, presenting SRVME’s value proposition. Negotiate solutions and build trust with providers. Coach and train providers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Early-career professional, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Must be Arabic-speaking, with strong communication in both Arabic & English. Solid background in contracting, infrastructure, maintenance, or facility services. Strong understanding of instructions, workflows, and technical documentation. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose solutions. Proactive, ambitious, and capable of handling responsibilities with confidence.
