Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Technical Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing and troubleshooting copiers, printers, and computer systems. The technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, repair, and customer support both onsite and in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, multifunction printers, laser printers, and related office equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, networks, and operating systems.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide professional technical support.
- Install and update drivers, firmware, and software for printers and computers.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Prepare service reports and document all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues or escalations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in servicing copiers, printers, and computer systems (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of networking, Windows OS, and printer connectivity.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals (English).
- Fluent English; acceptable level of Arabic for basic communication with customers.
- Valid Kuwait residency and ability to join immediately preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
