We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store organization, and supporting various operational tasks. As a Store Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with product inquiries, providing accurate information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and efficiently.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit transactions.
  4. Restock shelves and ensure that products are adequately stocked, reporting any inventory shortages or discrepancies to management.
  5. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improvement.
  6. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  7. Assist in the implementation of promotional displays and marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
  8. Participate in inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
  9. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe shopping environment.
  10. Support management in training new staff, sharing knowledge of store operations and customer service best practices.
