We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the fashion design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective to meet the demands of our fashion business. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing storage solutions, and ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping of merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment for all staff.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including shipments, receipts, and inventory adjustments.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and manage workflows effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and lead initiatives to enhance performance.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance metrics and present findings to management.
Preferred Candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervision, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
