We are seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The Application Engineer will also collaborate with the development team to enhance product features based on client feedback and industry trends. Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance for software application deployment, ensuring alignment with their technical infrastructure.
2. Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet specific business objectives, enhancing the overall client experience.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the implementation phase, ensuring smooth operation of applications.
4. Collaborate with the development team to communicate client feedback and suggest improvements or new features based on industry trends and best practices.
5. Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using our software applications, enhancing their overall experience.
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, training materials, and system specifications.
7. Design and develop reports using Crystal Reports and RDLC, ensuring data is presented clearly and effectively for decision-making.
8. Utilize Power BI or other BI tools to create insightful dashboards and visualizations that aid in data analysis for clients.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions and best practices.
10. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Technical Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework: Extensive experience in developing web-based and client/server applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and MVC, ensuring robust and scalable software solutions.
