HR and Government Relation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR and Government Relation Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our recruitment agency in Al Kuwait. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our human resources operations align with governmental regulations and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, coupled with extensive knowledge of government regulations related to employment and labor laws. You will be responsible for overseeing HR functions while also acting as a liaison between the organization and various government agencies. This position requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex regulatory environments and maintain compliance while also fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all government-related inquiries and compliance issues.
  3. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that all hiring practices align with legal requirements.
  4. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  5. Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  6. Provide training and guidance to staff on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
  7. Maintain accurate records of employee documentation, contracts, and government filings.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.
  9. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding HR metrics and compliance status.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in human resources management, particularly in a supervisory role.
