Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
* Meet with contractors, consultants, developers, and building owners to assess HVAC needs.
* Recommend suitable HVAC systems based on site conditions and project specifications.
* Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company objectives.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry standards.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Skills
* 4–6 years of experience in HVAC sales or project engineering.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment (VRF, Duct able, Rooftop Package units).
* Experience working with consultants and MEP contractors.
* Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations.
