- Perform nightly audit of hotel revenue, ensuring all charges are accurately posted to guest accounts.
- Reconcile front desk, food & beverage, and other revenue outlets for accuracy.
- Process and verify daily cash, credit card, and direct billing transactions.
- Generate and distribute night audit reports to management.
- Prepare daily summary of financial transactions and correct discrepancies.
- Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure lobby and public areas remain secure and orderly during the night.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and financial data.
Skills
Experience: Previous hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred (1–2 years).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera Cloud.
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and email software).
