We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from inception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. The Site Civil Engineer will ensure that all work is completed in accordance with design specifications, local regulations, and safety standards. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
2. Develop and review project plans, designs, and specifications, ensuring alignment with engineering standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
4. Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
6. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.
7. Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained.
8. Manage project timelines and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project delivery.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in site management.
3. Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing diverse teams effectively.
4. Holds a valid professional engineering license or is working towards licensure.
5. Displays excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
6. Is proficient in project management software and engineering design tools.
7. Has a strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
