Requirements:  Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the marketing and advertising industry.  Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.  Strong ability to initiate, lead, and close deals independently.  Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.  Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)  Identify, research, and pursue potential clients to expand the company’s portfolio.  Actively reach out to leads, set meetings, and present tailored solutions to close deals.  Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.  Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business.  Understand client needs and pitch compelling marketing and advertising solutions.  Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Deal Closing & Revenue Growth  Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable contract agreements.  Develop customized proposals and sales presentations to secure new business.  Leverage industry connections and networking to convert leads into long-term partnerships.  Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signing. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion  Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new revenue opportunities.  Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.  Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Client Relationship Management  Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.  Foster long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional customer service.  Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
