- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules

Development of Cash flows and providing the Accounting department with necessary information for invoicing and accounting
· Administers budget variance tracking for the project
· Review new project budget and cost codes against estimates
· Manage the Project Status Report process for all projects within the regional office
· Review all monthly Project Status Reports PMCR
· Analyze department team forecasts
· Review status of project Change Order
· Review project Cashflow reports with each project team
· Assists with the development and management of the cost control systems to provide project and company management with accurate financial information
Planning Engineer & cost control Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
