Office Administrator and Secretary

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator and Secretary to join our ZBOM showroom in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and secretarial tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and meetings for management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
  • Oversee showroom operations, ensuring a well-organized and professional environment.
  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in both English and Arabic.
  • Draft, translate, and proofread documents in Arabic and English.
  • Maintain and update office databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Female candidate required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or secretarial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative principles and office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in showroom or retail industry is a plus.
  • Kuwait transferable work visa is required.
