We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator and Secretary to join our ZBOM showroom in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and secretarial tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meetings for management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring a well-organized and professional environment.
- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in both English and Arabic.
- Draft, translate, and proofread documents in Arabic and English.
- Maintain and update office databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Preferred Candidate:
- Female candidate required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or secretarial roles.
- Strong knowledge of administrative principles and office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in showroom or retail industry is a plus.
- Kuwait transferable work visa is required.
