Colleagues: Brands, Sales Team & Pastry Team

Subordinates: Bartenders, Beverage Specialists, Beverage Technical, Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities “TDR”:

·        Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

·        Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

·        Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to drive sales and brand awareness.

·        Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, distributors, and customers.

·        Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

·        Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new product launches and market expansions.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

·        Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities “KSA”:

·        Minimum Bachelor degree.

·        6+ years’ experience.

·        Article 18 – Transferable visa holder.

·        Having a valid Kuwait Driving License and own car

·        Proven experience in HORECA.

·        Proactive personality and self-motivator.

·        Ability to work independently.

·        Organized and professional demeanor.

·        In-depth knowledge of the beverages industry.

·        Strong working knowledge of related computer software and MS Office.

·        Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.

·        Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·        Excellent customer service skills.

Compensations & Benefits “C&B”:

·        Salary Range: 700 - 800 KD.
