Organization Design & Manpower Planning Specialist

stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Organizational Design and Manpower Planning Specialist. In this role, you will be working with the unit that is responsible for conducting assessment of the company's organization structure and ensure that it supports the achievement of organizational strategies and objectives. You will be responsible for entering the functional / positional changes in the system and prepare all the required data.


Roles and Responsibilities:


In this role, you will responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:


  • Coordinate with Organization Design Manager to develop the organizational design policies and guidelines for stc Kuwait.
  • Recommend changes in functional and positional structures to the Organization Design Manager whenever required and submit the recommendations to management for approval.
  • Develop and maintain stc Kuwait’s organization structure (functional / positional) for all Sectors.
  • Undertake organization restructuring exercise if required with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Follow appropriate processes, procedures and policies to manage and share knowledge, expertise and professional experiences whenever required.
  • Communicate with the relevant business stakeholder to create JDs for each role. You must ensure that all JDs are available and updated on the system.
  • Implement the approved organizational design structures functional / positional effectively in the oracle system, shared folder Visio ahead of deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Prepare all required documents such as CR, Acting Case Study, JDs, Utilizations, letters/memos and manage the approval cycle in timely manner with high accuracy.
  • Update Tracking sheet (JDs - Acting Case Study - CR - Utilizations… etc), track all OD documents (in & out), and proper archiving for all original digital documents.
  • Generate all required reports and prepare data analysis when required.
  • Participate in the Manpower planning cycle and support reflecting the approved plan on the system.
  • Effectively handle any projects or tasks assigned by Manager.


Qualifications:

To apply to this position, you must meet the below minimum requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Professional Certifications is a plus: PHRI, CIPD, or SHRM.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
