Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Kuwait City for a Key Account Sales Supervisor at Gulf Resources Trd. & Cont. Co. The role involves overseeing key accounts, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Key Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
