Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Platform Management:
- Oversee the backend of delivery platforms for three brands, including adding, removing, and modifying products.
- Managing campaigns with delivery platforms.
- Product Launch Coordination:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to launch products and ensure seamless execution.
- Branch/Product Activations:
- Align with departments to activate/deactivate branches or products on delivery platforms as required.
- Operational Support:
- Assist the operations team in identifying and resolving issues related to the POS system and delivery platforms.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and share detailed reports with internal stakeholders to track performance and insights.
- Demand Planning:
- Support in demand planning activities to ensure optimal inventory and resource allocation.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Execute other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Commercial Manager.
Skills
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
o Tech-savvy with the ability to manage delivery platform systems efficiently.
o Excellent Microsoft Office Skills.
o Tableau Knowledge is a plus.
- Experience:
o At least 1 year of relevant experience in a coordination or operational role in F&B Industry/FMCG.
- Language Skills:
o Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Personal Attributes:
o Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
