About the Role

The Sales Executive will drive sales growth by building and maintaining client relationships, managing both retail and corporate sales, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include networking, assessing risks, ensuring client loyalty, and maintaining a strong public relations presence in Kuwait. The role requires strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work under pressure.

About You

The company seeks candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Insurance Sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with expertise in building client rapport through networking and referrals.
• Extensive experience in Public Relations within the Insurance sector in Kuwait.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proven success in retail and corporate sales, maintaining client loyalty, and delivering client-focused solutions.
• Skilled in risk assessment, influencing, and persuasion with a results-oriented mindset.
• Holder of a valid Kuwait driving license.
