Marketing Officer

The objective Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that help achieve the Seazen Group's growth and revenue goals. This role is responsible for implementing marketing activities across various channels, managing day-to-day marketing tasks, supporting in the creation of content mood-boards for the brands of Seazen Group aligned with the objectives of the marketing campaigns, and ensuring the brand is effectively promoted to target audiences through performance tracking.

In addition, to working closely with senior marketing leaders and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

The ultimate goal to this role is to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones through effective marketing efforts.Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

  • Directly involving and coordinating all social media posts for all branches including GCC with a creative team
  • Develop marketing materials, including social media content and corporate website to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Implementing the Company’s marketing strategies and SMART objectives and achieving required KPIs and targeted ROIs.
  • Support senior officers and senior leadership in the planning phases for brands quarterly plans, pop-ups, events and any upcoming projects.
  • Manage social media accounts by posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Assisting the marketing manager, creative team, and management in developing ideas, conceptualizing ideas, and implementing them.
  • Building relationships with PR agencies, bloggers, and influencers nationally regionally for our promotional activities across all GCC.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Developing, brainstorming, conceptualizing, Implementing, and promoting attractions and public events for Seazen and our affiliates.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns throught data extraction and close monitoring on ROI to be reported to senior leadership.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to assess effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing production team in the execution of marketing activities for events and campaigns.
  • Evaluate the social trends and plan activities by integrating all influential factors to promote Seazen brands and affiliates.
  • To be up to date on marketing trends to ensure that Seazen are at the forefront of contents and we are leading the competition in the market.

Skills

Fresh graduate to 2 yrs. Experience in same field.

Education Qualification

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Marketing
