We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our growing photobooth business!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day photobooth operations and events.
- Coordinate logistics, setup, and maintenance of photobooth equipment.
- Lead a team of technicians and event staff to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Ensure equipment functionality and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
- Liaise with clients to customize photobooth services for events.
- Maintain inventory and oversee equipment procurement as needed.
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in photobooth or event operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Technical knowledge of photobooth hardware and software (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
