The Quality Controller in the automotive industry plays a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The Quality Controller will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles at various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met.
  2. Identify and document defects or non-conformities in vehicles and report findings to the production team.
  3. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  5. Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to management.
  6. Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
  7. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Assist in the development of quality control policies and procedures.
  9. Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.

Skills

  • Ability to use measurement tools and equipment effectively.
