Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company’s market presence in Kuwait.
Lead marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, focusing on leveraging social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
Oversee branding efforts, ensuring the company maintains a strong and recognizable identity in the market.
Organize and manage exhibitions and events to showcase the company’s products and attract new clients.
Supervise production and ensure high-quality standards across all products.
Manage cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production) to achieve business objectives.
Monitor market trends and customer preferences, adapting strategies to meet evolving demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, and brand management, preferably in the kitchen manufacturing or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven expertise in social media marketing and digital campaigns.
Experience in organizing and managing exhibitions or trade shows.
Strong knowledge of branding strategies and their implementation.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Familiarity with kitchen production techniques and materials (wood, aluminum, and metals).
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
