Responsibilities
• Establishing strong customer relationships.
• Developing proposals to win new business.
• Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document and track sales opportunities.
• Demonstrating versatility in English written and oral skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including employees, managers, technical and non-technical customers, and potential customers.
• Assist Director/Management with development of team goals and providing team support.
Requirements
• Four (4) or more years of successful experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service role.
• Advanced knowledge of the local government entities in Kuwait market, as well as the technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
• Knowledge of industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles.
• Solid knowledge in sales techniques, mechanism, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge in customers services and types and relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of GIS concepts and ESRI key products & services preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
Education
• Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience may be considered.
Skills
• Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization.
• Working effectively in a team setting.
• Working proficiency of company standards, MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Read, write and speak Arabic and English languages freely.
