Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Business Development Executive to handle all government-related tasks for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The role involves assisting clients with various government procedures, from business establishment to residency and insurance matters. The ideal candidate will be an outdoor sales-oriented individual who is confident in managing government processes and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our SME clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential SME clients, providing solutions for their government-related needs, such as company registration, residency permits, insurance, and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and government entities, ensuring that all necessary government procedures and documentation are completed smoothly.
  • Assist clients in navigating government services, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as business licensing, permits, residency applications, and insurance formalities.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide consultative advice on relevant government procedures to help businesses grow and comply with local regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both government agencies and SME clients to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and submitted to government authorities as part of the service offering.
  • Keep up-to-date with any changes in government policies, regulations, and procedures that impact clients, and communicate these to customers effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and successfully completing government-related tasks for existing clients.
  • Track progress on client tasks and report to management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.


Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in government-related services.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required
  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to acquire new clients and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively.
  • Ability to handle complex tasks, resolve client issues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Presentable, professional demeanor, and ability to represent the company in a positive light.
  • Valid driving license (if travel to client locations is required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving targets.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to sales and customer service.
