The IT Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of technology within the company app environment. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support both students and staff in utilizing IT resources effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems.
  2. Provide technical support to staff and students, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  3. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
  4. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
