Job Title: HR Supervisor

Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing HR administration and shared services, talent acquisition, employee relations, risk management, investigations, HR audits, resignations, terminations, exit interviews, and compensation and benefits structural design. This position requires supervisory responsibilities, as well as guiding and coordinating the work of HR Officers to ensure effective HR operations.
Responsibilities:
HR Administration and Shared Services:
- Oversee HR administration functions, including record-keeping, documentation, and employee file management.
- Ensure effective delivery of HR-shared services to internal stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with HR Officers on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Employee Relations and Risk Management:
- Handle employee relations matters and mitigate risks.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee disputes or grievances.
HR Audit:
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
Resignations and Terminations:
- Manage the resignation and termination processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits Structural Design:
- Contribute to the design and evaluation of compensation and benefits structures.
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
