· Examine and evaluate the results of the sales team and offer sales forecasts.
· Maintain record of current sales and attends to sales returns.
· Knowledge of the specifications & features of the Company’s products & imports and marketing them to the official authorities.
· Negotiate with the AAA’s customers with regards to the specifications & features of its products for the purpose of marketing them.
· Present the AAA’s products & services to its Customers & producing offers after checking with the department head regularly.
· Present offers to Customers, ministries & tenders and following them up& Organize sale visits and liaises with existing clients.
· Monitor the official newspaper, especially with regards to tenders related to the AAA’s line of business.
· Deliver the highest levels of customer service by building customer loyalty for repeated sales
· Develop and maintain a customer database.
· Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
· Keep up to date with market trends, competitor’s activities and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
· Prepare daily reports on visits as well as Customers’ needs & requirements to present them to the department head.
· Participate in preparing and circulating annual sales plans as required.
. Performing any other tasks as assigned by his/her direct supervisor.
