Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at AlMakan United Company located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, assisting in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and contributing to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.


Qualifications

  • Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and culinary techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity and passion for culinary arts
  • Experience working in upscale dining establishments
  • Formal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts is a plus
