The Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in the retail and wholesale sector. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional service. With a minimum of three years of experience, the Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting products, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  2. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  5. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer preferences.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
  7. Assist in the development of promotional materials and sales campaigns.
  8. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
  9. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience in Aluminum and Decorative sectors is an advantage
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  7. Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software including CAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
