Pre-Qualification Coordinator

Purpose

To identify, evaluate and prepare pre-qualification and support business development activities.


Job Responsibilities

  • To perform market research related to prequalification.
  • To collect, record and manage all data related to Prequalification. 
  • To identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities.
  • To conduct market analysis and provide recommendations regarding new business opportunities.
  • To prepare and submit all prequalification requests.
  • To build business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • To manage document registration with various government authorities.
  • To participate in developing department strategies.
  • Maintain short- and long-term business development plans.
  • To prepare periodic reports related to pre-qualification.
  • To perform any other work-related task as assigned by Direct Manager.


Skills

Qualification and Experience

A Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

4 to 7 Years of Work Experience.

Knowledge in Tendering and pre-qualification process.

Knowledge of country laws and regulations.

Communication Skill – Written and Oral.
