Job Brief:
To provide leadership, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of the Oil and Gas projects and the trading department strategy along with his critical Senior Management responsibilities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop and monitor the implementation of annual project work plans and budgets for project operational requirements with clear deliverables and resources.
· Monitor the implementation of existing and future oil and gas projects.
· Generate maximum profit that is made possible by trading activities of Oil & Gas sector and other energy commodities as per that approved Trading Plan.
· Provide technical support in the project design/proposal preparation in contributing towards better management of oil and gas projects
· Create and enhance new business and existing business that will strengthen company's position in the market/the relationship with the clients.
· Identifying the operative problems that stop businesses from progressing and developing suitable solutions for the same
· Lead the growth and development of the business, evaluating, tendering, and acquiring new projects.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
· 10+ Years of business management experience in the Oil and Gas industry with a proven and verifiable track record.
· In-depth knowledge of best oil and gas field procedures and practices, commercial aspects, Terms & Conditions, Contracts, and other terms/means of payment.
· Must be able to motivate a team of people and collaborate well with other team leads.
