Job description: Job Summary
This role will require a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Officer with experience in administration. The candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and contributing to a productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain and update office supplies inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the administration of processing invoices and expenses sheet.
- Collaborate with HR & Social Media team members to improve event coordination and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR in onboarding top management in GTRC.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Handle the PO creation within the SAP system.
- Responsible the booking and travel arrangements for the head of business
- Keep track and maintain residency renewals, licenses etc.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by VP
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior SAP system knowledge and experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Takes Initiative and follows up.
- Time Management Skills
- Bilingual (Arabic – English)
Education:
Diploma in Secreterial or Administration or Bachelor's in Administration.
