We are looking for young talent who can help us execute our strategic marketing plan through content creation. This person will help us to create digital marketing material and posts for our social media platforms. This role will be for a definite period of 3 months.
Sparts is seeking a creative and driven Content Creation/Social Media/Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in content development, social media strategy, and digital marketing within the automotive tech industry. The ideal candidate will assist in creating engaging content to help boost our brand presence and support our marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities
- Record, Edit and Create shortform and longform content.
- Create social media posts using digital tools.
- Creative mindset and ideation for social media content.
- Daily/Weekly meetings with our Corporate Development Manager.
- Help run social media and digital marketing ads.
- Assist in creating and editing content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content strategies.
- Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support content development.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media posts.
- Assist with graphic design and multimedia content creation, including videos and infographics.
- Participate in marketing meetings and contribute ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.
KPIs
- For each day/week/month there will be a set number of posts across all platforms.
- For each month, there will be KPIs for generating X number of impressions and engagements
- Daily meeting with manager, weekly performance targets and metrics to meet.
- Generate X number of orders based on marketing efforts.
- Analytics targets e.g. ROAS, Conversion rates etc.

· Compensation
There will be a small stipend of 200 KD per month for 3 months. At the end of the internship, there is a possibility for a bonus based on performance. Commission is also a possibility if the candidate can bring in new business and generate actualized revenue for the company.
Location & Details
This is an internship role.
This role will be hybrid i.e. on-site and remote. You will be required to visit the office most days, however the job will entail being out of site for content creation often. Thus, a driver’s license and/or means to travel to/from work and out of site locations is a must.
Our office is in Kuwait City.

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications needed
- MUST be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, branding or related field.
- Creative mindset
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience and proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) and a basic understanding of social media/digital advertising analytics and tools.
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools e.g. Canva.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Kuwaiti Nationals Preferred.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry in Kuwait.
- High School & University Degree.
- Previous internship or freelance experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management on platforms like Facebook Ads or Google Ads.
