Responsibilities:
- Design: Create compelling visual designs in line with brand guidelines for various print and digital mediums including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and presentations.
- Conceptualize: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate the company’s message and objectives.
- Execute: Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for print and digital media within tight deadlines.
- Iterate: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate on designs and improve upon initial concepts.
- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continually improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members including copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure cohesive designs across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to work methodically to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and design trends.
- Portfolio: A portfolio of previous work demonstrating creative and technical skills is required.
