Responsible for creating and sustaining new sales, contracting, establishing and keep a good working rapport with resellers, various departments and dealing with channel Plans. I communicate with customers to increase sales through events and other activities, build, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned customers, I am responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and Organization objectives. I represent the entire range of company products and services to Customers, develop service level, and grow relationships with Customers, maintain and developing sales strategies, train and developing sales team.
Duties And Responsibilities Not Limited To
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Customer accounts.
- Coordinates and support, and manage resources, to meet company performance objectives and Strategies and expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Proactively leads a joint business planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive Customers relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Customersâ needs on an ongoing basis.
- Ensures Customers compliance with Company agreements
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- conducts contract negotiations with customers
- Developing sales team through appraisals, motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- improving customer consumption planning and implementing all company activities with the customers, monitoring customers account profiles
- provides monthly reporting of estimated sales and activities pipeline
- remains updated with companyâs competitions products, problems, and activities
- usually attends trade shows, seminars, product launchings and other events related to the industry
- ensures that documentation of reports, supplier contracts, price quotations and other paperwork are prepared
- constantly learns different sales techniques and information on relevant to the industry
Required Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration.
- At least five (5) years of experience in the FMCG industry (Sales), with a minimum of three (3) years in a managerial role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
