Public Relations Officer (mandoob)

  • Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas etc. in social affairs office as well as prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with govt laws and regulations.
  • Timely follow-up on residences renewal.
  • Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, ID, and other important documents.
  • Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by government.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and current affairs.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
  • Ensuring company compliance with labor laws.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in all governmental / legal documentation and procedures.
  • Deliver and receive cash / clearing cheques / other documents from and to local banks promptly.
  • Responsible for hand delivery of important department mails / documents to the respective companies in time.

Skills

  • Very good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and immigration procedures.
  • In depth understanding of Kuwait Legal regulations, and ministry rules and requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of using Government Online Portals.
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills - both oral & written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a car.
  • Good idea of locations of ministerial offices and local banks.
  • Local candidates with valid and transferable visa.
