Post-Mix Deputy Maintenance Supervisor

  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in planning and executing maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
  • Provide training and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control for maintenance operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.


Skills

  • Diploma in mechanic (HVAC) or electricity or equivalent. 
  • 3 years minimum experience in post-mix Coca-Cola is a must.
  • Excellent leadership skills. Proficiency in the English Language. 
  • Microsoft Word skills. Valid driving license
