As a leader in the marine industry, we are seeking a skilled Operations Manager with expertise in boats and yachts to join our team and drive operational excellence and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in line with company standards.

•     Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, focusing on client acquisition and retention.

•   Handle potential client inquiries, showcasing the value of our luxury yacht services and generating sales opportunities.

•   Coordinate maintenance, procurement, and logistics for the yacht fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and marine regulations.

•  Collaborate closely with various departments to optimize workflows and service delivery.

• Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and repeat business.

• Monitor operational budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Lead a team, providing mentorship and training to ensure smooth operations and high team morale.

• Stay abreast of marine industry trends and innovations to ensure our operations remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the marine industry, particularly in the yacht or boat sector.

• Strong sales acumen, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

•  Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with high-profile clients.

•  In-depth knowledge of yacht maintenance, safety standards, and operational logistics.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marine operations, or a related field (preferred).

•  Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

•A passion for the marine and luxury yacht industry.

• •  Have a transferable residency in Kuwait.
