Job Purpose:

The candidate is responsible for managing the inventory stored across all sites.

Manage the Perpetual Inventory process.

Manage the Annual Inventory process.

The candidate would be responsible for the evaluation, development, continuous improvement, change management, auditing, testing, and reporting on the effective execution of operational processes as well as the alignment of processes across functions. He will play a key role in improving the accuracy, efficiency, and productivity of warehouse operations by implementing continuous process improvement Projects, applying. standard operating procedures and guidelines with enhanced control measures. He would closely work with the Inventory & Information Manager in supporting the day to day system improvement projects and activities.

Key Accountabilities:

The candidate is responsible for planning, managing & conducting all perpetual, cycle and annual stock counts.

The individual is responsible for leading the process improvement projects, assess the business expectation, identify, and analyze process gaps considering cost, quality, reliability and execute in a structured manner considering audit controls and adherence.

Work with all stakeholders to analyze the requirements, specify, and validate the business needs.

Conduct meetings to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, scenarios, and other modern technics & methods.

Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirement analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.

Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

Assists with the interpretation of operational requirements into feasible options and communicating with the business stakeholders on regular basis.

Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine, as necessary and communicate.

Ensures all Business SLA adherence, Document steps involved in operations and prepare Standard Operating Processes.

Contributing to and maintaining standards, procedures, training manuals and other relevant SAP/IT documentation.

Develop alternative views, options and future business needs to assist management in making business changes.

Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish relationships and networks with business and other IT teams.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Preferably Kuwaiti National

Strong project management skills accompanied with experience with tools and methodologies

Must have prior experience in capturing and writing business requirements and specifications utilizing standard templates.

Ability to work on process, SOPs and best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and spoken English. Communication and analytical skills are a must.

Minimum two years of experience in process improvement with requirements gathering & implementation

SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage
