  • Create compelling point-of-sale materials for pharmacies that promote discounts and special offers effectively. 
  • Design promotional assets such as banners, flyers, and posters to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Prepare and design engaging social media posts in line with content plans provided by the marketing manager, ensuring consistency across digital platforms. 
  • Produce and edit high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, to ensure engaging and informative presentations. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute video projects that align with campaign objectives, managing the entire production process from storyboarding to final delivery. 
  • Optimize video content for different platforms to ensure effective presentation and viewer engagement across social media, websites, and in-store displays. 
  • Develop artwork for company vehicles to turn them into effective mobile advertisements that promote the pharmacies’ products and services. 
  • Ensure that all designs related to branding and vehicles are cohesive with the overall brand identity. 
  • Design layouts and visuals for promotional magazines that highlight the pharmacies' offerings. 
  • Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality outputs for all printed materials. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand design requirements, timelines, and strategic objectives. 
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion. 
  • Manage the design process from conception through to final production, ensuring all materials meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. 
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines and business objectives. 
  • Utilize skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere to create visually appealing and technical sound designs and video content. 
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design and digital media to continuously improve the effectiveness of design output.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and archives to ensure all designs and video content are readily accessible for ongoing and future projects. 
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the marketing and promotional strategies of the Pharmacies Division. 



Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.  
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash (CS5 Suite), and Adobe Acrobat.  
  • Experience with video production and editing software. 
  • Motion graphic skills and animation
  • Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in the same or related field.
